Form ADV is the form required to be filed by SEC-registered investment advisers. As such, any person or firm registered with the SEC as an investment adviser is required to file Form ADV. Additionally, certain state-registered investment advisers may also be required to file Form ADV.
Form ADV must be updated annually and made available as a public record for companies managing in excess of $25 million. Users can access all Form ADV data going back to 2013 on RADiENT.
