How often are Form 13F filings made?

May 25, 2023

Form 13F filings are required to be made within 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter. These must be made by institutional investment managers who manage over $100 million in publicly traded assets. Thus, Form 13F filings must be made four times a year- at the end of March, June, September, and December.
