Head of Sales

We are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Head of Sales is responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Responsibilities 

  • You will be required to define the sales strategy and drive execution
  • Leverage your existing relationships by building, sustaining, and growing a dedicated book of business together with the market teams. At the same time, proactively identify and seek out new client and industry relationships to optimize revenue
  • Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity for maximum efficiency and visibility
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Developer

We are looking for a talented developer to join our experienced development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, modifying, and implementing new or existing software products. Your duties will include liaising with the development managers, writing clean, scalable code, creating testing protocols, fixing bugs, and deploying programs.

To ensure success as a developer, you should have advanced knowledge of programming languages, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work to a deadline. A top-class developer works together with the development team to create high-level programs that perfectly meet the needs of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining backend services (API development, database design & development).
  •  Developing and maintaining different features on the frontend application
  • Setting up and maintaining infrastructure on AWS


Requirements and Skills

  •  Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, or similar
  • Software architecture
  • Unit & end-to-end testing
  • Python (+ Familiarity with Django, pandas or similar)
  • ES6 (+ Familiarity with AngularJS, VueJS or similar)
  • PostgreSQL (Database design concepts, query optimization skills)
  • AWS (basic concepts of networking, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, Cloudformation)
  • Any experience with data analysis (e.g. in Python) is an advantage
  • Navigating & understanding legacy code
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Startup experience and an interest in finance is a plus

Customer Success Associate

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate who possesses a strong drive for results. The associate will work closely with the Sales Teams and act as a bridge between various teams to make sure that our customers are up for success. The duties of the associate will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, contributing to sales, onboarding, and training clients. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer requests. 

Responsibilities

  • Own the client journey from onboarding to adoption, renewal, and growth.
  • End-to-end account owner for a given set of accounts. The role involves acumen for identifying opportunities
  • Deliver and measure the ROI for each account.
  • Track the engagement metrics and lead the account reviews seeking feedback and providing support at every touchpoint
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, sales, engineering, and product to ensure all queries are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Translate client feedback into a positive impact on product development.
  • Improve product adoption with greater client satisfaction.
  • Conduct engagement and training activities such as webinars, product demonstrations, etc.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role with a track record of delivery and implementation of SaaS solutions or subscription-based products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create new business opportunities through relationship building with key decision-makers.
  • Adept at working cross-functionally to deliver results.
  • Prior experience in Project management or account management in a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and creative thinking ability
